Short version: We only collect data you voluntarily provide through our contact form or email. We do not sell your data, use tracking cookies, or share your information with third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

INESQ Studio is a product and web design brand operated by Altado d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia, EU (Address: Kolodvorska cesta 21, 6230 Postojna, Slovenia). We are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide to us through the following channels:

Contact form on this website: name, email address, project type, budget range, and project description.
Email correspondence: any information you include in emails sent to [email protected].
LinkedIn: messages and profile information shared through LinkedIn direct communication.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts on this website.

3. Why we collect your data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

To respond to your project inquiry and communicate about potential collaboration.
To send you information relevant to your request (project proposals, quotes, updates).
To fulfil contractual obligations if we enter into a working relationship.

The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) provided when submitting the contact form, and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for ongoing project communication.

4. How we store your data

Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox ([email protected]) hosted on Hostinger servers located within the EU. We do not store form submissions in any database.

Email correspondence is stored in our email client for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be accessed by:

INESQ Studio team members involved in handling your inquiry or project.
Hostinger — our email and hosting provider (EU-based, GDPR-compliant).

No other third parties have access to your personal data.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection:

Inquiries that do not result in a project: deleted within 12 months of last contact.
Active project correspondence: retained for the duration of the project plus 3 years for legal and accounting purposes.

You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your rights under GDPR

As an EU resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data.
Right to data portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Right to lodge a complaint — file a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. No cookie consent banner is displayed because no non-essential cookies are set.
