1. Introduction
inesq.studio is operated by Altado d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).
This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and what rights you have.
2. Data we collect
We collect personal data only when you contact us through the contact form on our website.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR. We do not operate a newsletter or marketing sign-up, and we do not run advertising.
3. How we use your data
3.1 Responding to your enquiry. We use the details you submit solely to read, understand and respond to your message.
3.2 Service providers. We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the site and deliver our reply:
- Hostinger International Ltd — website hosting and email delivery, under a Data Processing Addendum.
3.3 We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or third-party marketers.
4. Data retention

After expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymised. Retention may be extended where required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is a single functional localStorage entry that remembers your light/dark theme preference. It is stored locally in your browser, is not intended for analytics or advertising, and requires no consent. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and (where processing is based on consent) the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (IP RS): www.ip-rs.si, tel: +386 1 230 97 30.

7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit (TLS 1.2+), storage limited to systems necessary to operate the site and respond to you, and access restricted to authorised personnel.
8. Automated decision-making and Data Protection Officer
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22 GDPR). Altado d.o.o. is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Art. 37 GDPR; for all data-protection matters contact ask@inesq.studio.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest change. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
